I'm part way through this Patons kit that they made to help donate money to The Children's Society (this kit: http://www.coatscrafts.co.uk/Products/Knitting/kits/Knitted+with+Love+Babys+First.htm ).
I'm making the cardigan, and am currently knitting the boy's left front, however after knitting the back, I'm having real trouble getting my head around the instructions for the left side of the cardigan, which is also the side that's meant to have the button holes. I want to continue with the project, but I find myself unable to understand how to knit this part. It's when I started to do the border and pattern part that I began to have problems for when I have done my second button hole, no matter how I read the instructions it appears to want me to repeat the border and pattern rows again with it starting on a wrong side, but it's meant to start on a right side...
If anyone here has done this kit and/or might be able to help me interpret the instructions I would be very grateful.
