Hi, this is a long shot but I need to replace the zip on my daughter's very low waisted white jeans. The one I have taken out measures on 6 1/2 centimetres which is about 2 1/2 inches. Does anyone out there know where I could buy one from?

You can purchase any length jean(Heavy-type) zipper.  All you need to do is to cut it off to the same length as the one you are replacing.  Just be sure to tack the cut end securely so that the zipper pull will not come off.
